Even though the power of One Piece hasn’t travel to the other side of the world completely, One Piece is still the most popular manga (comic books in Japan). In the slowly declining sales of manga market, One Piece continuously breaks the records. So what is it so special about One Piece that the story has been continued more than 15 years and people still craving for next episode? Despite the spirits of the brilliant story, the art works of the manga also play a big role in its success. Creator of One Piece, Eiichiro Oda, and his team had put huge amount effort on the art work of the manga. Unlike other comics, characters generally maintain the same outfit for in all series, One Piece characters changing their looks for different situation. Each character all look differently depended on the environment, the festival, and the circumstances. Characters in the comic wear fashionable clothing so readers feel while the series of manga continued the story is actually happening now. Like the famous Hayao Miyazaki, Eiichiro Oda also mastering creating fantasy land. Since the framework of manga is even less restricted than anime films, Eiichiro Oda had created even more fantasy places than Hayao Miyazaki. Every week, One Piece production group will release special images for holidays or special events. The drawing style of Eiichiro Oda is very unrestricted; the new characters from the new episode of manga are usually characters are nothing similar then all other manga which is the reason One Piece is so unique.
